It is really good, I think. They explain about ADHD in more scientific terms than a lot of people who write about ADHD for ordinary people, but in a fun way.
I think it is important for people to understand that this is a life-long neurological condition and that there is lots of evidence that there are real anatomical and functioning differences that can be seen on MRIs.
I'm half way through now and I'm finding it really helpful, so clearly explained and they're funny and kind in their delivery too, so it doesn't feel like a boring school book.
